We’re looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join our team at Domestic Abuse WA12 CIC. Your time and skills can help us deliver vital services, from our Food Share Hub to wider projects supporting survivors and strengthening our community.
We have a range of volunteer roles available, including:
Food Hub Volunteer
Be the welcoming face of our hub! You’ll help ensure smooth operations and fair distribution of food to local residents. Ideal candidates are:

Confident and approachable – comfortable interacting with the public.

Calm and fair – able to uphold boundaries respectfully.

Community-minded – committed to making a positive impact.
Food Collection Volunteer (Driver Essential)
Collect surplus food from supermarkets and deliver it to our hub. For this role, you’ll need:

A full UK driving licence

Fully insured vehicle
-
Confidence navigating new locations independently

Reliability and punctuality
Non-Food Donations Volunteer
Help us to sift through our non-food donations:

Coordinate and manage donations of clothes and essential items for those in need.

Helping with recycling duties
- A good eye for style would be an advantage!
Fundraising & Grants Researcher
Help us secure the resources we need to keep our services running:

To iidentify opportunities for financial support.
Experienced Bid Writer

To craft compelling applications to secure funding
